Maintenance review

For David W. He helped me twice, once on Thur w/ my air conditioner overloaded w/ water, soaking my bedroom closet carpet, fixing the problem and calling Creative out to soak up all the water and spray disinfectant. Left me an industrial size fan to finish up drying only to have to come back today as my washer broke and soaked up the carpet again. He fixed that and kept the fan on for me. I’ve known David a long time. He is consciences,, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and always does a great job. Truthfully, he is why I renewed my lease. He watches over all of us elderly residents and helps us whenever he sees us struggle outdoors. Stairs, trash, cars. He is truly a star for your team and I hope you appreciate him the way us residents do. I always feel better when David does my maintenance as it’s always done right. He’s neat and takes all his trash w/ him. He speaks well of our community and represents your office very well. Thank you all and thank you David!

Not satisfied

Not satisfied with last minute notifications of complex work/maintenance, give one week at least, not one to two days. About "Eco friendly" installation, you STOLE my light bulbs, I bought. The parking lot needs a speed bump in front of our building #3, Its used like it's a throughfare (as fast as they can to get around to their buildings), people are not driving with the courtesy of the building they drive by residents walking or parking. Please take this under consideration.

Timberwalk

Maintenance could do a much better job. Anytime something needs to be fixed, it seems to be more of an effort to patch or temporarily fix the issue instead of doing it the right way the first time. Also, the landscaping could be in much better shape. The excessive brush on the ground that is built up around the apartments seems to lead to more insects, especially the mosquitoes. The price you pay to live here should be accompanied by better service and effort from the staff and maintenance. I have been really disappointed in the small things that don't get the attention they deserve that could make this a better place to reside.
