Sliding quality of property in past 2 years
Having lived here for several years, I have slowly seen amenities g away such as lounge chairs that can go in pool shallow area, tables around the pool are almost non-existant, chairs instead of loungers which are very, very difficult for older people to sit on are almost non-existant, table umbrellas are almost non existant. There is no longer wood for fire pit and have asked between myself and neighbor 9 times and are yes'd to death with no results. Abslutely HATE the concept of call center, lack of followup by call center people. Landscapers consistently hit and damage sign posts and other items around property and should NOT be driving on sidewalks. There have been many accounts where they have forced women with baby strollers off sidewalks so they can drive by instead of using the parking lot and driving an extra 50 feet... The parking lines are so worn out, they can barely be seen in so many places, the lighting for security aroud the property is pathetic and completely missing in several buildings side entrances. The club house no longer has group activities by residents trying to make this a fun place to live. Bingos, game and movie nights, etc. The landscape maintenance has been ridiculous when trimming low branches over side walks. Dangerous walking/trip area to dog area around front lake area green space, assigned parking spaces has been needed forever. The outer building maintenance is pathetic, buildings paint is peeling, chipping and looks old and worn. This is no longer luxury living, it is simply equal to other apartment complexes which in turn means rent is too high for value received.
