We love it here. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the complex is relatively quiet. The office staff is friendly yet professional. The maintenance staff handles maintenance issues within 24 to 48 hours.
The property is beautiful. The parking could be better.

Love the area and how quiet it is here! The interior in the 2b 2bth are gorgeous ?? all appliances are brand new and stainless steel. The bathroom sinks are as up ro date as you can get same as the kitchen sink. Parking is not tgat great haven't experienced with maintenance yet! Staff seem to be wonderful! So we shall see .

Leased an apartment sight-unseen from out of state, thanks to the professionalism of the FF team members I dealt with on the phone and via text and email. Not disappointed one bit in my clean, quiet, well-laid-out apartment. Property is conveniently located to nearby shopping, medical services and the interstate. Amenities are first class. Most important, staff and management deliver superior customer service.
This is my first time moving in 3 years. Our Leasing agent Trent was spectacular. He kept us informed the entire process. The concessions were great and it was amazing to be honored as an essential employee. When we tell people where we live we always say we really do not have to leave the complex if we dont want to. The pool, the gym, the dog park are our top favorite amenities. However the movie theater , the events on site, the neighborhood and proximity to stores are a great treat as well! We love it here!

I have been at Alaqua for 5 years since moving here from Chicago and I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. The property is beautifully maintained, the maintenance staff responsive and efficient and the facilities are lovely. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Despite the telatively high rent, I believe Alaqua offers value for money.
I searched for other places when it was time to move, came to Alaqua, and took a tour with one of the reps. It was my first stop, and after seeing inside, this apartment felt like a HOME. Very tall ceilings opened up the space and it felt very welcoming walking through the door. I didn't bother looking elsewhere because if I did, I'd be moving into a smaller, more expensive place with smaller pool, gym etc. And pool day at the clubhouse hits the spot! Very pet friendly and nice running area for the dog as well. When it came time to renew the lease, I was not hesitant at all and signed right there. It really does feel like home.
I have lived here for a little over 2 years now. Along with the excellent staff and promptness whenever maintenance is needed I have had an amazing experience here. The pool is gorgeous, the clubhouse has everything I could ever need and the units make me feel like I'm truly living luxury. Love it here!

Although I have been living here for only 5 months, every experience has been positive... Office Staff / Maintenance / Amenities and all the promotions for interaction with our neighbors.
While only living here for a short while I can say that this apartment facility has been the best one I’ve stayed at so far. Beginning with the staff, everyone one of them are extremely helpful, well spoken, and well mannered. Responses via in person or through email are from them are always received in a timely manner. Outside of the staff the residents here keep to themselves and are super friendly. The moisture levels are usually kept to a minimum and spaces outside of home are kept neat and clean. The amenities are amazing. Theres plenty to keep entertained and are useful. Pinnacle apartments have exceeded my expectations so far and I see them continuing to do so.
I have loved living in The Palm Bay community. It is so central and close to everything we need in our day to day lives. Palm bay and surrounding areas are all safe and clean. I feel comfortable living here knowing my wife and I don’t have to worry about being in danger late at night. The pool is also a hug plus, literally looks like something out of a movie. Overall 10/10.

My experience here has been pleasant thus far. The amenities are awesome. The maintenance team is boss. I really recommend The Oasis at Town Center!
We have been here for 3 years now and have no plans to move anytime soon. The views are all amazing and everything is so well maintained. The staff is super frieldy and helpful. Having direct access to Town Center is probably one of the best perks we have here!

I Absolutly love living in Paradise Island it is very nice and quiet the community is like family we all look out for one another. The staff is very polite and helpful in the front office. The Maintanance is is very pleasent and show up for quickly and promptly for any issues that I may have .
