Great place to live in Jax

Just moved in and this place has been wonderful so far. The apartment was fully cleaned when moving in. Gena was helpful during move in process. The neighborhood seems nice and safe. Pool is very clean entire facility clean even the Public club bathroom.

Very disapointing

I moved in less than a month ago with high hopes and expectations. On the surface, this apartment complex looks beautiful. The grounds are well-kept, the units are modern, and the area feels safe and secure—which made me excited to call this place home for the next year. While the rent is far from cheap, I justified it given the prime location in the town center. However, living on the lower level has been a complete nightmare. First, the lack of consideration from other residents is shocking. My patio has essentially become a dog bathroom. Despite the ample walking paths and open spaces, several neighbors choose to walk their dogs right up to my patio—literally within touching distance. Even when they pick up after their pets, the smell of urine and feces on hot Florida days is unbearable. It’s disrespectful and disgusting. Worse than that is the noise. The upstairs neighbor is by far the most inconsiderate I’ve ever encountered. The constant stomping, jumping, running, and walking in heels echoes through my apartment day and night. Items have fallen off my counters and walls from the intensity of the noise. This often goes on until 1–2 a.m., and starts again by 6 a.m. I’ve reported the issue to the leasing office multiple times and even called the after-hours emergency line—but nothing has been done. No follow-ups. No resolution. In fact, the situation has only gotten worse since I spoke up. I haven’t even unpacked fully. I still have boxes scattered around because I’ve been so overwhelmed and exhausted from the noise and stress. I spoke with other neighbors who admitted the tenant before me went through the same exact issues—and nothing was ever done for them either. I’m truly heartbroken and disappointed. What was supposed to be a fresh start has become a daily source of stress. If you’re considering renting here, avoid the lower-level units at all costs. And don’t expect management to step in when problems arise.
