Ease of living
Been here one month and the apartment is nice with quick response from maintenance. Amenities are nice as well.
Rental homes
I have lived here since 2012 and the reason I stay is you will never find a place like this where you treated like family. From Katie who is the manager that keeps everything at top quality for our homes to the service crew that comes right away and performs excellent work .
Great location, amazing staff
We have lived at North Beach for a year now and are very happy. Management is nice, maintenance is always fast. We love strolling around the lake or across the trail with our dog. Being 15 min away from the beach and 20 from downtown is also a nice bonus. Big fans.
