Living at Cypress Shores
I love the area that I recently moved into. It's nice, quiet and shopping center really close by. The only complaint I have is of the wildlife. My building is directly in front of the dumpsters. This wouldn't be a problem, if not for the family of a dozen raccoons living and infesting it. I've heard a tenant say that they woke up to raccoons on their front porch, because the valet trash pickup did not pick up their pizza boxes the even before.

Decent place but better is out there
The property is poorly maintain. The door was missing maintaince items. Most of the appliances in my uint is old and work half the time. My washer and dry is old. I had to submit multiple workorders to finally get it working & still not working as it should. The fridge is new & the dishwasher is new but they forgot to connect both to the water, so I had to submit another workorder. There are a lot raccoons at night by the dumpters and something you will see them during the day. The staff is fine but with all the issue had I won’t be renew my lease because the longer I live the more things I ind not working or working properly. I just deal with it and count the days til I move out. Maybe the other units are better but is subpar .
