Comfortable place to live

I have lived here for a year and a half. It is definitely clean and nice, so it is comfortable. Of course I have some complaints, but overall I am satisfied living here. My biggest complaint is the price, but I didn't find any other apartments that had significantly better prices. Maybe that's just how it is in south Florida.

Beautiful place, needs some work

First off let me just say that the staff is amazing. The process for me to be able to be transferred to the apartment I wanted was only made possible by the hard-working staff in the front office. Maintenance people are also very nice and always very quick to come out to handle any concerns that I have. That being said, there are a couple things that need to be taken attention to. As far as maintenance goes, the hot tub has remained broken and pretty much unusable even after they remodeled the entire pool area. The dishwasher in my apartment was broken upon move in. And unfortunately, the ceiling in my master bedroom is leaking as well. I know that requires heavy maintenance as far as roofers and reconstruction on the inside of the building. The beautiful Lake balcony can't really be enjoyed because the patio stays full of water after rain.. The parking situation in this complex is a little funny. It varies from building to building. The last building I lived in there was always a parking spot available but now that I have moved and there are more people congested in a smaller spot. I have to park much further away from where I live. It's a little bit of an inconvenience but i'm not complaining. Overall, I very much do enjoy living here I enjoy the community I enjoy the people it's a beautiful area. I try to be fair but kind. And I do see that they have been doing nothing but updating remodeling and making things better. I would rate this community and overall 8.5 out of 10.
