Ive lived here for a few years and I always enjoyed living here, but it seems like ever since management changed, its just gone down hill. Hard to reach management. Maintenance requests take weeks to actually get someone to your place. Trash is always full. I stay because of the location and for the most part I feel safe since its gated and all the neighbors are chill, everyone kinda minds their business.
