Amazing staff and location

I’ve lived here at the Chroma residence for 4yrs now, and I love the location and staff. I rarely write reviews, unless it’s a review that deserves positive attention. And this review is long past due. The location speaks for itself. The staff, however, is on another level of quality and excellence. And is another reason I continue to live at this property. Tatianna, our amazing property manager, has been here since I became a resident here at Chroma. She has become like family to me now. Even on her busiest days, she is always ready to help with a smile and always lends an ear. The residents are drawn to her too. Her dedication, attentiveness, warmth, smile, positivity, authenticity, is what I like coming home to. I feel incredibly lucky to have her as our property manager. She has also brought in an amazing staff too. Like Tatianna, Tracy, Ingrid, our maintenance lead, share an amazing vibe. They’re an amaging team. Location is important, but equally important is a great management team. This is the best team i’ve encountered by far. Thank you Chroma Crew for making it a great experience and helping me to feel at home.
