Management Lacks Communication

Recently dealt with a pipe burst at this property. Management was slow to communicate the issue and after needing to turn the water off it took almost a day to get an update from them telling us tenants that the part was coming for the plumber to fix. It felt like management had no emergency plan in place and was not taking our lack of water here seriously (we couldn't shower, clean clothes or dishes and flush our toilets for about 3 days). Management only put out one porta potty in our garage which was only after tenants wrote a letter asking about having one (the porta potty was dropped off on day 2). Knowing they hadn't had a real plan in place makes me nervous about Cushman and Wakefield's ability to handle an emergency in the future.

Amazing service!

Very professional and polite. Repairs were performed efficiently and effectively. There was very little interruption to my day; the process took maybe 5 minutes. Definitely a pleasure.

Building is lovely the court yard at night is amazing the officce staff and maintenance Zach Keanna and A.J. Make it a joy to live at greenhouse i highly recommend this apartment the loung is great for events for family and friends or groups of 15 to 20 the rooftop has amazing views and we across from a popular coffee shop
