Building is lovely the court yard at night is amazing the officce staff and maintenance Zach Keanna and A.J. Make it a joy to live at greenhouse i highly recommend this apartment the loung is great for events for family and friends or groups of 15 to 20 the rooftop has amazing views and we across from a popular coffee shop

Noise problems

Noise has been a daily problem from the apartment above me despite multiple noise complaints. The bass from their music is like someone constantly knocking on the wall. This has been a big problem not only for quality of life, but it is also picked up during video meetings which has been disruptive to my current need to work from home.

The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.<br>No weight limit.<br>** All pet fees, additional security deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions. Contact the management office for the most up-to-date information. Restrictions: Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.
