Nice location, not so great parking

We’ve lived here for nearly 3 years. The location and unit is very nice but the parking tends to be a mess.

Keep looking

Don't expect the full sq ft to be functional space. The townhouse is 5 floors (one is garage), lots of walking or unusable space. Tons of windows, fewer than half of them open, so don't plan on air circulation. Does have a/c.... in the basement.... No parking available for visitors, no street parking, no parallel parking Walking distance to Olympic College and Walmart, easy access to buses Office staff has very high turnover Checkout process was stilted and difficult - we were not there for the final walk-through because no one returns a phone call or e-mail, and they don't want you to show up in the office. Floors and countertops are very resilient materials, but kitchen drawers are too shallow for a busy cook to have their utensils handy, so they CONSTANTLY GET STUCK! Shall we talk about the hole in the kitchen floor that they call an open concept? Outside is well lit for security, but it also means the parking lot glows all night long. Yes, the apartment construction is new and VERY quiet, but it doesn't mean you won't hear neighbors' parties or gatherings. Your security deposit will only go to their cleaning of the apartment after you move out, so don't plan on getting any money back. There is no storage in the apartment worth mentioning. The garage is there, you might fit some vehicles inside comfortably, and may be able to store some things in it, but it's very tight. The monthly rent is deceiving - they probably average $50-75 monthly additional fees, and you have to pay for internet access separately. OVERALL -- I would not recommend my friends move here, and our family would never consider moving back into another Thrive property.

A great place for working professionals

This is a wonderful place tour young professionals, with its central location, wonderful amenities, and modern build. We love that its so close to dowtown, restaurants, and shopping. While still being tucked away from all the busy streets and noise. Its a safe little quite community, we just wish there was more parking options available.

Norland Trails

This place is beautiful. The apartment is open, roomy, easy to find parking, quiet, and the staff is very helpful. The only downside is the location is not walkable to a lot of places but its a 5-10 minute drive to just about anywhere in Poulsbo. But I have loved living here over the year.
