My maintenance is hardly ever done like everyone elses

It has been o.k. it was better when rent went up $25 a month rather than $100 to $300 a month. The algae is on the beach for summer and can't be stopped. But the view is lovely. The fireworks in July are great.

We've lived here for a year. Great place, wonderful, responsive manager. Beautiful view. We are right on the water with a view of Mt. Rainier. Grounds and parking area are well taken care of. Other residents are friendly but not intrusive. Lots of dogs, all every well behaved. Cats are also allowed. We can walk down our beach onto the public waterfront park beach, pier, kids' play area and walkable downtown Silverdale.

You get to live on the water in a renovated apartment, the staff and maintenance are cool and understanding. better than any other apartment building in the area.

We PCSed here from Connecticut a few months ago and were lucky enough to get in here. It's really hard to find a place to live right now so we felt really lucky. The apartment's location is probably the best part. It's right on the water and most all of the patios have a water view. The apartments are fully renovated and have brand new appliances, including washer and dryer. Very quiet place to live and the manager, Kathy, is superb to work with.
