Management is either non-responsive or blame residents for issues on the property. Sidewalks on property are crumbling and high-risk slip / trip hazard. Decks are literally rotting. And if you're in a lower-level apartment, there is constantly debris falling from upper-level apartment into lower-level decks. Most residents don't scoop dog poop so it's festering disgusting smelly throughout the grounds. Zero improvements made in the year we've lived here and they're raising rent 9.8%, and the rent raise is being applied to both base rent and utilities, when it should only be applied to base rent. Platform to manage payments has changed twice in single year and they don't carry over payment history, rent insurance documentation, and keep trying to charge us to use their insurance. Avoid this place if you can.
