Beautiful area, nice amenities, amazing staff.

The area is BEAUTIFUL. The amenities are very nice, love the pool and gym. Absolutely adore the staff, especially the lovely women in the office. The apartment isnt as nice though. Cheap finishes and quite a few small issues. Flooring and countertops are iffy, spaces are pretty small and laid out weirdly.

Amazing location

Absolutely stunning and convenient area! Great amenities as well, but floors seem to be very thin and sound travels a lot, so i can usually hear what my upstairs neighbors are doing. Maintenance is pretty good, but they take a while to do some repairs and don't quite fix the actual problem. Also the staff is AMAZING. I LOVE the women in the front office, theyre so helpful and sweet and they seem to remember everyone.

Best Apartment Complex

We love living in these apartment complexes! We feel very safe knowing that theirs security cameras outside. We also love the staff - Jessi, Donna and Wilma! They are incredibly so kind, and they would go out of their way to help you with whatever we needed. My only con is the noises. We live on the bottom floor and we constantly hear noises from our neighbors above us. Also, the dog park is a mess but I blame everyone living in that apartment complex NOT picking up their dog’s poop. I ended up taking my dog somewhere else for a walk. We can’t control people, I know, but it’s super inconsiderate for others. Overall, we love it here despite of the cons! You get what you pay for in rent along with the amenities. We came from Whidbey Island and upon moving here 8 months ago, we have chosen right by living here! Thank you to the staff for all your hard work! We appreciate you guys so much :)
