Living here for as long as we have which is only a year but I haven't really had any issues besides having ants in our bathroom and somehow slugs in our living room but when I call maintenence, they were fast to resolve the issues.

I really enjoyed the property complex until my vehicle was broken into and when I asked around at work I was told of multiple people who have had this happen to them. They should put up some type of security cameras or have some night security to patrol to stop this from happening again and again.

Honest review

Over priced, mediocre quality of build is putting it nicely. A "luxury apartment" only because of the pool thats open about three months a year and opened almost a month late this year. The maintenance staff are on top of it, but no one picks up their dog's poo and the whole complex has a weirdly aggressive, and standoffish demeanor. Not a bad place, but the price is ridiculous for what you get (reflecting more on the area though to be fair). I renewed my lease because I couldn't find anything cheaper that matched my needs immediately, and it's not too bad here. Though I've heard from other residents that when a real issue comes up you'll be lucky to get a response from the office staff, but it hasn't been my personal experience.
