Do not waste time with this place. The noise is ridiculous. It’s a constant struggle to find parking. Rent goes up every month. Don’t expect to get your deposit back because they will nitpick everything little thing. Management/staff does nothing but keep open ended promises so no issues get fixed.

The management is way too greedy so don’t expect any leeway when it comes to damages, rent, or cleaning. They will find anything to take your security deposit.

I would of stayed if the office staff would of did something about my neighbors above us. We had a navy guy lived above us that made alot of noise. We put in numerous conplaints and nothing happed. He got deployed on leased his apartment out to a friend and they made more noise then he did and our complaints never got addressed.

The property is nice but the value should be less due to the noisy doors slamming without a hinge. Consistently hear doors slamming because they automatically slam shut
