Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the wide array of amenities, including well-maintained pools, gyms, and the convenience of in-apartment laundry. Residents commend the clean and spacious apartments, as well as the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds and facilities. The staff and maintenance teams receive high praise for their friendliness, professionalism, and prompt responsiveness. Decent apartments

Apartment costs are astronomical pretty much everywhere, so this is slightly below the average rent in my research, however the annual increases are annoying when its already expensive and no value is added to our units or the property to warrant the increases. Office staff has been great, maintenance addresses issues in a timely manner. There is not enough parking though, and parking rules are not enforced much (i.e.:blocking sidewalks, parking in firezones, handicap spaces without placards plates, not moving vehicles every few days or so, obnoxiously loud vehicles). The buildings themselves are older, so some issues inherently come with it, no air conditioning and a lot of the outlets and lightswitches are in impractical locations. But overall decent for the price, nice little gym, close to shopping and grocery stores and generally pretty quiet.

Olympic village apartments

I submitted a noise complaint and it was ignored and the noise continues everyday with no follow up. There is constant construction everyday, often before their own quiet hours have ended and nothing is done. The apartments are in bad condition and they are currently trying to break contract and raise rent after a year long lease was signed

Can't Complain

Overall for the price, the apartment and what it entails is very solid. Parking can be rough and some of the quirks in less updated apartments can be less than ideal. But the amenities are decent and the price you pay for everything is a lot cheaper than a lot of the new complexs in the area. I plan to continue to renew my lease here until I'm ready to purchase a house.
