High quality amenities, never had issues with washer/dryer/dishwasher/refrigerator/bathroom. Units have heater. During summer North facing units never required AC. High speed internet has both wired and wireless built into apartment. The Bliss Apartments are located near the ferry terminal so in 5 min walk you are at ferry and access to all the Bus Routes. Great parks and trails nearby. No loud music ever heard in my several years here. Very secure and safe. However, night life is minimal on the island. Better for the person looking for rest, study, projects etc. While walk-able for the parks, trails and local shops, to get elsewhere I would recommend a vehicle if you want to go places, as the island shuttle is great but limited. There are EV rentals, the island shuttle, local cab company and buses. I didn't require maintenance or staff much and the property has been transferred between owners while I was here so I will say all management were good and friendly, online payment system is convenient.

Forested Island surrounded by fertile waters with thriving community. Acknowledging the great mountain (Rainier) from my windows, greeted by the cool breezes and beautiful flowers, graced by one of the most spectacular Gardens in world (Bloedel). The modern apartments are quiet and quite lovely--great service too.

I am disappointed in the lack of insulation. The gaps in the doors between outside and inside is ridiculous and cost the resident a ridiculous amount of energy costs. Additionally the fact that there is no insulation between the garage of the townhomes and the residences is disappointing for the same reasons. There is plumbing of the HVAC system to allow for A/C but as pointed out by BLIS staff themselvesthe company did not want to invest in the A/C units for reasons I do not understand.

You can't beat the location on Bainbridge Island. A great, quite apartment complex with an amazing staff.
