Experiencing life-respecting and honoring Puget Sound

Forested Island surrounded by fertile waters with thriving community. Acknowledging the great mountain (Rainier) from my windows, greeted by the cool breezes and beautiful flowers, graced by one of the most spectacular Gardens in world (Bloedel). The modern apartments are quiet and quite lovely--great service too.

I am disappointed in the lack of insulation. The gaps in the doors between outside and inside is ridiculous and cost the resident a ridiculous amount of energy costs. Additionally the fact that there is no insulation between the garage of the townhomes and the residences is disappointing for the same reasons. There is plumbing of the HVAC system to allow for A/C but as pointed out by BLIS staff themselvesthe company did not want to invest in the A/C units for reasons I do not understand.
