Sometimes the building has weird odors, especially in the elevator. The proce is a little high for what is offered, but overall it is a nice community.

Living here has had its ups and downs. Eveything did get a lot better with the new management they have bought in. They bought in a younger mangment team which is better for the community becuase they’re more reliable and know how to communicate things a lot better with their tenants. They've also been doing a great job at trying to bring our little community togther by throwing parties and get togthers.

I appreciate the help I've received from the property, and I also appreciate the understanding of my situation. It means the world that some apartments actually care about their tenants. It is a squeeze with parking but other than that I love the community

Its a nice place to live, but has limited parking. I don’t own a car so I’m okay with it, but when we first moved here we did have a car and I remember parking was difficult. Still haven’t had many problems and it’s in a pretty quiet street. :)) It’s a bit pricey but I feel everything is these days.
