Pretty but not perfect

The place is secure. Your water,sewer,trash will be quite expensive - $150 average for mine with one person. Crazy You can hear your neighbors (mine are quiet except for upstairs) and its just normal activity. The windows are good for keeping the outside noise relatively quiet. Beware *** your place will be hot if you have a unit with only one window *** If you have pets (cats) the sliding door has no screen. Portable Air conditioner is recommended for summer months. Staff & Maintenance are very kind & helpful. If issues with anything in your unit they are prompt.

Upstairs is very loud stomping walls are paper thin can hear people walking in the hallway I can’t wait to move out of here waisting all my money on an apartment

An unreasonable rent increase and covid policies ignored

At first we were relatively happy with our time at Terrace Station. When it came time for Renewal we were given a 12% increase, office staff could give no reason why the increase was so high and attempted to claim it is "illegal" to negotiate on a renewal which is untrue. Additionally we raised concerns about a large amount of water pouring through the parking garage and these were dismissed by the on call maintenance staff. There are signs around the community stating masks are mandatory however there is no enforcement and several tenants wander the halls maskless and coughing.
