Great Living

I am so happy I chose Terrace Station West as my home. The location is convenient and central to my work and Seattle and I love being right by the light rail station. I like the layout of my apartment and I think the value is good, especially with the amenities the apartments have. My quality of life has definitely gone up since moving here. Thank you, Terrace Station!

It's a beautiful property and the neighbors are kind. The staff does their best to make everything right. They are occasionally overly busy. My first week here I got a parking warning in my own space that I pay for and my license plate is on file. I didn't have a parking permit at that time, so that felt a little unwelcoming. In the future, I'd recommend just emailing, texting or calling a new tenant to make sure they understand the rules. Assume ignorance, not malice. That will go a long ways to enhance a collaborative relationship. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely and friendly fashion. Shelby is always very kind, I appreciate her and all of the staff here. I've only had good experiences with them and that makes all of the difference between it feeling like it can be a long term home, versus a temporary place to live. I have not attended any resident events here yet, but after seeing picture from the Mother's Day event, I'm sure going to start! That's a wonderful thing to help the residents have a chance to get to know each other. Other than those very minor things that I mentioned, it's been an absolute pleasure living at Terrace Station.

Everything is good, but the sound proofing is not that great

Love it here. My only complaint is that I can hear when my neighbor upstairs walk at night.
