Rent is affordable. Parking lot is huge and does fill up late at night but I’ve always been able to fine parking. Building is okay. Big gap under the front door which may be an issue this winter but so far is fine. Maintenance has been quick and responsive for the few issues I have had. I don’t use any amenities but I don’t really have a need to. Like title says. Apartment is “good enough”

they are very neglectful when it comes to maintenance and they produce fake responses on the app claiming they have completed the work to repair while nobody honestly was at my apartment. management responsibility is important to them it shows they are lacking in that category

I have been a resident here at Whispering Cedars since the fall of 2021. It is an exeptionally clean complex. The maintenance and office staff are probably what i appreciate most about my home. Issak and his staff in maintenance are always extrmely prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. Luda, Shri and Andrew in the office are steller They have obviously had extensive and ongoing training. I know parking here has its ups and downs. I hope that the indoor pool is rebuilt, or a flex space for residents is created. I love the granite countertops, large windows and balconies. Each unit has its own unique qualities, although uniform in layout and color pallette, the carpets,, blinds and appliences , etc can vary widely in age and previous wear and tear. (like every complex out there). This is a comex that is really worth a closer look! (I was not compensated in any way for posting this review). ??
