Few Complains

PARKING: One parking spot per unit and very limited visitor parking. AMENITIES: Great; a gym, pool in the summer, hot tub and sauna year-round, soccer field, jungle gym for kids, parcel lockers, etc. MAINTENANCE: Received same-day maintenance on a service request for a toilet that kept running, and next-day maintenance on the removal of a newly forming wasp nest. LOCATION: Great location; close to I-5 and Highway 99, a 5-minute drive to the bus station and buses come less than a block away on 99, the pharmacy & drug store is across the street, dentist across the street, the grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. The school bus comes right outside the apartment complex to pick up kids. VALUE: A little expensive on renovated units, but fine otherwise NOISE: No issues with traffic or airplanes, but there are many children on the property, and they are VERY loud when they play outside. Kids will be kids, but either way, it is very noisy. Note, on-time rent is VERY STRICT; rent is due on the 1st, I overheard gossip that one resident was given an eviction notice by the 5th. Don't be late on rent, they're not very forgiving about it.
