I have lived here for 2 years + and could not have found a better place! The grounds are lovely, pets are welcome and all the staff are so personable and professional. Not just in the office, but the maintenance crew, housekeeping crew and even the landscapers are friendly. I live in a 2 bedroom and it is spacious, clean and well maintained. It's amazingly quiet at night for being on Aurora Ave! The pricing is reasonable considering we live in the Seattle area. Schedule a tour and see for yourself.

Crooked Management Company and Poor Upkeep

Management was very neglectful, they allowed repairs in unit due to a burst pipe to go ignored for 5 months, claimed they didn’t know the work hadn’t been done. I lived with giant holes in the walls because of this. They had to have high powered equipment running for over a month due to water damage but wouldn't assist with the increased electrical cost. Maintenance mistakenly took items that were mine and they did nothing about it. They towed my friend’s car with no warning because we lived across from the mosque so they just assumed it was not a legitimate visitor. Management team is super fake, company has them leave fake google reviews. Package room was a nightmare, packages often left scattered around the room and some would go missing. Neglected run down basketball court is closed off. And they still wanted to jack up rent despite the damage to our unit. One time our fridge started sparking but at least they replaced it after a but of arguing. Patio door might be nice for fresh air if neighbors didn't smoke right below us. Never renting with Epic Asset management again.
