Those families with children to control noise. We understand that the schools are closed. Some of us works night shift and wand to catch some sleep during the day. Its not easy when when neighbors kids are jumping and making noise all over.

One big sigh after the other

PROS: + Connected to Highway 99, on which you can find all your favorite seedy establishments like the marijuana dispensary on the corner and the shady run-down pawn shop that claims to have the largest selection of guitars in the northwest (spoiler alert: they don't) + The buildings haven't collapsed upon themselves + Your unit comes with a ceiling, which effectively keeps rain off you and your things + Effective neighborhood watch program in the form of the Sheriff's Dept. constantly getting calls to come here for something + Good maintenance staff that will help you get your truck out of the snow without telling you what an idiot you are + If you want to start an ant farm, this is your place + Right next to a fire station, and America loves firefighters + The gangs are nice enough to only tag the fences and not buildings CONS: - The rent. The rent, the rent, the rent. - The super-shady trailers always sitting on the street by the complex, right by the fire station - The cool kitty who hung around by our building is gone - Weird smells in the hallway you can't discern but are certain they should not be there - Your upstairs neighbor will probably be a clydesdale horse whose sole occupation is stomping back and forth when you're trying to relax - The spider that lives under my oven doesn't pay rent - Is not anywhere else
