Arbor Village is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. Pet rent is $50 per dog per month and $35 per cat per month. There is a one-time pet fee of $250 per household and a refundable $300 deposit per household. There is a 35lb weight limit per dog and we do not allow any exotic animals. The following breeds are restricted: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, or Akita.

I was worried about living in Town Center. I had nothing to worry about. The noise is tolerable, the neighbors are polite and the location is close to buses and the train. Staff are kind and helpful.

I overall enjoy living at Arbor Village. With the new manager, there have been some hiccups but I think she is starting to figure it out. I enjoy that it is a quiet complex with residents who enjoy living here. I have not been kept up by my neighbors at all during my time here and everyone has been very friendly. I enjoy the golf simulator and think it is a refreshing change from the usual dingy pool that most apartments have. I have renewed my lease and look forward to living here again.

I have small inconveniences associated with my apartment, as may come with any place. The location is great, but at a certain point, things like paying pet rent for a little strip of grass outside seems redundant. And paying for parking at the building I live at. Everything is a separate payment here and that is incredibly frustrating.
