Unfortunately, I found that Kaylee's attentiveness was lacking during my stay, which led to a few inconveniences. Specifically, her parking penalty ticket error situation, or lack of communication. Additionally, I was disappointed by an interaction with the maintenance staff. Given these issues, I’m unsure about continuing my stay long term unless I see improvements in staff service and professionalism.

Unpleasnat stay so far during the first two months. Disrespectful tenants and their guests. Poor insulation within the walls, that you can hear other apartments and/os know when they are doing laundry or using the restroom.

Overall, great place. I love the staff here and the amenities are nice. The quality of the construction/building is not as luxury as I expected, particularly the insulation/Noise reduction. Downstairs neighbor complained the my footsteps can be heard loudly when I walk normally. Couldve used better construction design or materials, but overall a good place to live.
