We are a pet friendly community! Permitted Animals: Domestic cats, fish (aquarium limit: 50 gallons), birds, and dogs. Prohibited Dog Breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky, and any mix thereof. 2 pets per household. No weight limit Prohibited Animals: Snakes, ferrets, iguanas, rabbits, potbelly pigs, insects, and other exotic or wild animals. Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $250, additional monthly rent of $35 per pet, and an additional deposit may be required. All pet agreements must be executed prior to moving in.

Current Resident I have resided at Capri Apartments for over five years, during which time Devon, the manager, extended exceptional kindness upon my move-in, making me feel at home. I take great pride in maintaining my apartment, both inside and out, and as such, I have encountered minimal issues; however, whenever a concern arose, Devon consistently demonstrated prompt responsiveness in resolving the matter. Althoug througout the past five years I have experienced various challenging circumstances that have led to discomfort with my living situation. The primary issues were frequent changes in management and maintenance, misunderstood communication, property insecurities and unresolved behavioral complaints from both existing and new tenants. Since Devon's return as property manager the profoundly positive impact on the living environment at this community,is making it habitable once again. Over the course of a few months, I have witnessed him establish a more stable and secure environment, which is in stark contrast to the decline in quality that occurred at Capri Apartments during his absence. I observed numerous tenants vacate the premises during that period. Effective management entails fostering positive relationships with tenants, communicating clearly, and being responsive, all of which Devon consistently exhibits as manager. Personally, I feel comfortable, safe, and valued as a resident here once again. Thank you, Devon, for your commitment to us tenants and this community, and for revitalizing our apartment complex. Thanks for caring snd being kind. .

I really like the property manager and tenants. The area is ok. I wish the property owners would pay for snow plowing and side walk shoveling during the winter. My water is not potable (not drinkable) because of super heavy rust from galvanized plumbing. When I turn my water on in the morning it looks like dark urine. The property is aware of the problem. Still waiting for private parking. Otherwise, a peaceful area.
