The ladies in the office are the best! We had an issue with a delivery and a when we brought it to Lakeside’s attention they were able to offer a solution that really helped us.

Seen many cockroaches in my apartment even heard the management talking to a roach exterminator about three different types of cockroaches they have on the premises and seen rats going through the drain rock out front of my building by the pool I would highly recommend not living here they will milk you for every penny and raise your rent

Living here has been great so far and its been 9ish months. The location is wonderful especially with the pond although the geese never go away. The sqft of the 1 bed apartment is great, only complaint is not having a washer/dryer in unit compared to the price of the apartment.

The staff here is great! I love the large pond, geese and ducks. The maintenance crew does a great job. This is a busy place so parking can be challenging at times. The location is so convenient. I have met many nice people here. A great place for dog owners to walk dogs. I have lived here 5 years, I have a great, spacious apartment with beautiful sunsets in the evenings,
