Hazel's apartment is very clean and the room is very comfortable, I've only been here for 2 weeks but it already feels like home. There is a comfortable lobby and a spacious gym. It's just a bit difficult to contact the office to ask questions, I've tried emailing them but there's been no response.

State of decline

I was one of the first tenants to move in and in my 2 almost 3 years living there I have noticed a steady decline in cleanness and upkeep. Pet messes in the hallways, garbage stacked in the garbage rooms, cardboard piled up by dumpsters.

Apartment above 301 has a lot of DV noise.

Too much DV noise. Management offered discounted rent but didnt execute that change in rent due to lease not getting signed in rent cafe platform.
