I've lived at Cascadian in Edmonds for five years now and love it! The location is excellent right off Edmonds Way. The property owners are awesome to work with, my apartment is cozy, and the overall property is well-maintained. I highly recommend living here.

One of the best apartment experiences I've had

This is a lovely place to live. The landlords are wonderful to work with; they communicate well and care about their tenants. If any maintenance issues come up, they're always on top of it. Neighbors are friendly. The location is excellent, right off Edmonds way. The property is older but well maintained. I'm happy to call this place home.

Excellent Apartments
