Nice location and size

Lived here over a year, the common amenities and landscaping are kept clean. Maintainece is done quickly after requests are put in. Have had some issues with parking, only three visitors spots for the whole 23014 building and mostly business parking outside the 23020 building. Also the fitness room is smaller than expectedbut still nice. We really like the building manager, and everyone we’ve met from in the office we’ve had pleasant interactions. Love the location, not far to downtown edmonds or the I-5 though the road noise can get loud. Overall great plave to call home!

A place to call home

My husband and I love compass. We’ve lived in a DT Seattle and DT Bellevue and we came back to compass apartments because we just love the area. Quick commute to DT Seattle and DT Edmonds has so many great restaurants and community feel.
