Not Thrilled
I lived here for just a few months, and was honestly taken aback by how aggressively money hungry this complex is. A real disappointment considering the wonderful location and really great amenities (if they were open and not full) are a huge bonus, but all of that seemed continually soured by fee upon feed upon extraneous fee.

Our Time In Austin Gardens
We haven’t been here long, but have enjoyed it so far. We are excited for swim weather as there are so many gorgeous pools here. We appreciate the many options including the shallow wading Sawyer Pool for our 1 year old. We would love it even moreso if the sidewalks and open grass areas were clear of dog waste. However, overall, the location is great, unit is nice and ee are happy to be here.
