The apartments are great, however improvements on dealing with noisy neighbors and maintnece requests can improve. I do have to say that Mary tge leasibg lady who helped me in the process of getting the apartment is the best person i have gad the pleasure of dealing with. She gets things done and is so personable and welcoming. The place could use a new playground and car wash station, but im blessed to be here otherwise. It is quiet for the most part but with my particular upstairs neighbors. Again the process of handeling that could bd better and may even should start with the application process and figuring out what kind of noise they will be making and placing people on what level based on that.

I like it
Have lived here for 2 years now. Staff is amazing, even maintenance crew is awesome. Rent is reasonable. Honestly my only issue is that I really want to upgrade to a larger unit on the first floor but there's never one available when my lease expires.
