Average at Best
The location of the complex is great. A one bedroom with the extra space is a value that off sets alot for me. If it was not for the extra room, I would not live here. The reason for that is the overall condition and up keep of the property. Trash and debris all over the grounds and parking areas all the time. Lights out in hallways, stairways and by doors. Broken light fixtures are broken for months in several areas. It was nice to see new roof and painting of the covered parking. Nice new red firelane and updating the fitness center. Are some positive of investment. It is the routine upkeep that is lacking in the common areas. I find it embarrasing at times when family or friends visit and the first impression they have is " How do you like it here?"
overall okay
Used to be a great place but has declined a little recently. Maintenance requests take forever and constant reminders are needed.
Unnecessary Charges
2020 my rent was 914.....now paying 942 If I decide to renew my lease it will increase my rent by 94.00.. that's a huge jump from last year when I renewed....mind you there's also some extra fees that's mandatory (not by choice) you have to use their new service to receive packages...So no more sending your packages straight to your apartment or it may never get to you.....15.00 a month will be added in your lease to help pay for the services... which I find unfair cause it's not giving us residents a choice if we want to opt in or not...so the only 2 choices we have is deal with it or move basically...smh! It's getting ridiculous...I used to love it over here years ago.. back when it was The Orchards & Griffis...now it went left...if I do decide to renew this time.. it's gone be my last year here which was already in the planning but the new fees and rent increase is the topping on the cake.???????
Great Place
I really enjoy living here. It has a lot around it, so you don't have to drive very far. The apartments are nice with nice countertops and a very modern/chic look. The parking is decent and could be improved as sometimes there won't be a space to park near where you live. The only complaint I would have is that the pathways be made to asphalt and not rocks. I also wish that there would be less trash out on the ground around the apartments. The staff is very friendly, and I have never had a problem with them even in a year and a half.
