Overall great value & responsive staff

I've been here over 2 years now and overall, love it. Most concerns are addressed promptly, the maintenance staff is quick to fix issues you submit, and the complex is beautiful. The trees are so beautiful all around the property. I have yet to find another complex with the amenities and scenery that isn't twice the price.

Noisy

I've lived at Gazebo for about a year and a half, and I absolutely love it! The apartments are lovely, the complex has great amenities, maintenance is always kind and SUPER fast to help, and the area is really convenient. My only issue is that the walls/floors are very thin, so you can hear so many noises from the apartments around you. People are also just loud at odd hours, and it's hard to ignore with the proximity and how the apartments are built. Other than that, it's a fantastic complex (especially for the price!). Love it here.
