Great staff. Great location, new building and courtesy officer on site.

    5/5 U. B. on Dec 2, 2023

I have lived here for 9 months now and I have no regrets. It's very safe, clean, and well-maintained. I have also had no issues with parking. Staff are personable and responsive to your needs. Amenities are good and I have no complaints. I also appreciate the monthly activities for residents that they thoughtfully organize. The Hume house package room could do with a little bit more organizing but, aside from that, I LOVE IT HERE!!

Being new to Nashville, the location we lived in was very important to us and living at Atlas in Germantown has really elevated our experience here so far. The apartment is in a prime location with every amenity you could as for. We are coming up on 1 year and would love to stay! We have been living here for a month and we could not be happier with our decision! We moved from Virginia and hadn't been to Nashville in years and have just been more and more thrilled with where we live, truly the perfect place for us to live inside the city!
