I have lived at 1200 Broadway for 1.5 years. The staff are friendly, the amenities are nice and well-kept, and the location is wonderful. Street noise can be a problem, and there doesn't seem to be a great parking option for overnight guests, however the pros significantly outweigh these cons.
Great spot
wonderful location, great amenities. Concierge staff very friendly and readily available.
Few improvements
Love the community all together. Downtown side of the building is very loud with the trains below. Also don't like that the pool isn't heated. It's very cold year round.
