Not great no central air and so my air never kicks off which greatly affects the utility price, also where the physical unit sits there is a gaping hole which allows the hot polluted air to enter youre apartment The gym facilities NONE of the EQUIPMENT works AT ALL! In my opinion the STAFF are rushed with tenants and NOT PERSONABLE! I do NOT think it should be hard to manage a small property this small. But i guess it is.

This spot has been great the first month. The staff are kind and friendly. I will say don't expect to tour and move in and expect a luxury experience. But for the price it's almost impossible to beat this close to downtown Nashville. The rooms are really what you make them, keep them clean and you wont have a bug issue. I love my little studio it's perfect for just me.
