This place rocks
My initial correspondence was with Sarah who is the On-Site Manager. She was more than responsive, she had remembered the type of apartment I was looking for and worked hard to make that happen for me. She has a very apparent commitment to excellence. Alexa is the Leasing Professional there. She gave me a tour and answered an annoying amount of questions of mine with a lot of patience and tact. The bldg maintenance engineer there is named Chris. He is friendly and clean cut. Only one of the two elevators was working when I moved in but they got that fixed quickly. My unit was clean with a new paint job. Absolutely great location with wonderful views of the captial or sounds stadium/views of the hill country north of town, depending which side of the bldg you're on. Better than the average apartment gym and laundry room. I do a lot of online shopping and have had issues with apartments misplacing my deliveries before but haven't had that issue here. I don't pay extra for parking and haven't had any issues finding parking so far.

Great location and staff was very helpful
I was able to rent this place without seeing it as I was moving in from a different state. The staff was so helpful. They even moved some furniture in that was delivered before I got there. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I saw some bad reviews when I walked in, it had brand new appliances and granite countertops. Everything worked I’m very happy with not to mention the fact that I am just a short walk from downtown or I work as a musician.

When I moved in I was told that I would have a parking spot. After I signed the lease, I was told that there are not parking spaces available. When I went to the office to ask about the parking space the person in the office didn't want to speak to me because it was after the office hours. It was about 5:15pm. If it wasn't for the lady who appeared to be in charge opening the door to speak to me I wouldn't have found out that there was no list therefore no intention on getting me a parking space. The elevators are always absolutely NASTY, when they are working.
get the trash or fix the furnace!
I gotta plan my meals around not having extra bags of trash in my place because i don't wanna add a THIRD bag sitting at my door. please come get our trash or dont offer the valet service and lower our rent.
