Good Value, Could be Better

Solid, reliable and professional staff, concierge service and maintenance service. Everyone is prompt and very helpful. The finish on some of the upholstery and furniture is peeling slightly in the common areas. If the utility bill could be made cheaper, that would be nice as being thoughtful about usage doesn't seem to indicate any change in the bills I pay.
