Love it!

I have had a great experience. Weve never had issues with anyone and maintenance is always on top of it. I think the price is decent for location and size!

Great Place to Start in Nashville

I think the rent is really reasonable for the location and amenities provided. The monthly events are quite fun, maintenance is pretty responsive, and you can walk to Broadway. I with the immediate area was a little more walkable, but overall it's a great apartment, especially for younger people.

Good value for location!

Can't beat the location. Fire alarms does go off fairly often but maintenance staff has been making a concerted effort to address it. The maintenance and leasing office staff are incredibly nice. They host fun events every month that really make the apartment complex feel like a community!
