Quiet and Tucked Away

Was pleased to find this community. It is tucked on a hillside off a side road. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome.

It is a great place to live except it is not enough parking space but otherwise I can not complain this is my second year living here.

A peaceful place

I have been blessed to live here . The office staff is very helpful . They try to solve the issues as quickly as possible I have had an issue with my heater ,it has been broken They are trying to rectify that issue . I like the fact that the trash bins are so easily accessible to discard the trash

Its decent, room for improvement

its conveniently located to the interstate and downtown nashville with very little traffic encounter. the Heighbourhood its okay with room for improvement. the complex itself is older with some modern amenities like digital alarm system $50 per month and keyless entry. A pool is available during the summer. Rental prices are kind a high, and they seem to have a problem with staffing for maintenance. all in all its a good place to start in you are just moving to nashville, especially if you are from another country.

The updates are nice. It’s over priced though for the location and constant problems; nothing major but it’s always something and nothing gets taken care of in a timely manner.
