Great Place to Live!

My husband and I have been living at the Crimson since May 2023, and we love it. It was awesome to move into a brand-new unit, and Jen, the manager, is extremely amiable and courteous and has been with us through the entire process of applying for and resigning our lease. We love having her office in our lobby as she always makes herself available for quick questions and concerns. Having a wonderful property manager truly makes all the difference. The units are beautiful and brand new, and the amenities are amazing as well. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. However, to offer a slight critique, we do wish the pool was made available to us more often, as it is an amenity that we are paying for, but currently the pool and hot tub is locked at 9:00pm. As a couple who both don't get home until 8pm from work most nights, we barely get to use this amenity. We would love to see adults only hours 9pm - 10pm, or later, or we would like to pay less for this amenity. Overall, however, we have loved our stay.
