The apartment complex is really nice, and it's in a really good area of town. It is nice and quiet, with not a lot of traffic noise. Our property manager is extremely nice/helpful when it comes to questions or concerns, and maintenance is always helpful with small repairs. One thing that is missing, is a small fenced in area for resident dogs. Other than that everything is good, I believe personally. :)

Cozy home like living!

My experience at the rowe has been great! The only issue would be the noise- I can hear from my upstairs neighbors even just their foot steps are loud. This is a safe and homey environment, the one thing I would add is an enclosed area for the dogs!

Great place. Quiet. Maintenance is great

I lived at the Rowe for 2 years. Never had a problem. Maintenance is quick to respond. Office staff is polite and hemoglobin. Love the pool.

Rowe on 57th

Overall a very nice apartment. We lived here for a year. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of an elevator, although this only made moving and moving out difficult.
