Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the property's quiet and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and modern finishes in the apartments. Still good place to live, the staff is awesome and works with you. Just wish we had a few other options loke pkay ground, bball court, walking path around the water front (i know its city side)

Decent place to restart

Went through a divorce and with whatbi needed for my girls and family this works decent. Obviously kids above you is not ideal as theyre loud etc, just wish the parents would control them more esp early in the morning running and stomping non stop at 6am.. another unit next to me which ive complaind NUMEROUS times about with their amount of vehicles and taking up the residents parking spots but NOTHING is ever done and verified which unit it is. Otherwise its a decent beighbor hood. Wish you guys had a playground for the kids to play as well as i feel thats a Major miss here.

Amazing Living

Living here is just quite great! Neighborhood is quier and a relax place to go outdoors for a jog without being disrupted! Beautufil scenery everything around this area is pretty new making a hot spot for families to be comfortable to live at. There is little to none noise complaints neighbors ae great overall highly recommend living in this area.

Nice complex

Nice apartments with modern finishes comparable to most newer apartments around town. This complex lacks amenities, but the private entrances are nice. The kitchen and living area are spacious, and the master bedrooms have massive closets. Overall happy with the 2 years I have lived here.

Pretty Decent Property

I've lived here for over a year now and I am resigning my lease. Parking is an issue unless you live close to the road or have a garage otherwise the property is nice and aside from the loud neighbors I'd recommend this property for anyone moving to the Sioux Falls area. The complex is nice and looks newly renovated. Maintenance is extremely helpful and come in a timely manner. Good job Lloyd the meadows on Graystone is probably one of their best properties for the price and location!
