I enjoy living here very much but will be having to look for a nee place as this property raises the rent way too much on me every year while my neighbors rent stays the same. I've checked other properties where the rent is cheaper and does not go up 75.00-100 every year and location still not bad. I like it here in every aspect but I never use the pool or the weight room and my rent just keeps getting outrageous and I don't get the raises to keep up with it and I'm a single person. This is how people become homeless.
Love the location
Maintenance is very professional, courteous, and quick at doing all repairs as needed. The location is absolutely awesome. You have everything at your fingertips. The noise is pretty good for having kids in the buildings even with dogs. It’s a very quiet residential area. The staff is great parking could be better. I think they should be assigned parking for what a person pays for rent, because some people have two or more vehicles and it takes up everybody else’s parking places and I don’t really think that is fair. The amenities are great. If you use them I would like to see rent reduction if you don’t use the pool or the weight room maybe an extra code if you use the pool or the white room That wasn’t what attracted me to PLATINUM VALLEY. It was the fact that I could have my pet however, it is very well-maintained. I think it’s a fabulous facility.

Oh, I love living here because of the location and how close it is to everything I need. I think that the amenities should be limited to the people that want them and may be discounted on rent if you don’t use them or a pool pass of some sort like you do for parking in the garage or if you get a garage, the staff is great the parking could be a little bit better but it’s pretty good for the most part the noise we have a lot of kids that run up and down the hallways yet sometimes 10 o’clock at night but otherwise pretty satisfied. Overall maintenance is amazing they fix things pretty much Johnny on the spot , unless they get behind which we all do at times and this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived the only thing I don’t care for is that rent goes up about 100 bucks a year when my wages do not and I worry that this will cause me to have to move into a dumpy place just so I can afford rent when I really enjoy it here very much.
