I have lived at Lux North for a about a month now, it has a great community of people and staff. Located near both the USD and STC campuses, this provides great quality housing for students. The amenities provided are all in nice condition and convenient to use; such as a pool, grills, clubhouse, workout space, and playground. The parking it relatively easy to find a spot near your building, however there could be some more spaces for guests in guest parking or just more parking in general. Aside from that, living at Lux North has been fantastic and I would most definitely recommend these apartments to someone looking for a place to live!

I have lived here around a year and a half. I really enjoy it, the package room (parcel room) is super handy. I don't really use the pool, but I still go sit by it in the summer so that is nice to have. The gym is small but still good and has everything I need. I haven't had too many issues with neighbors besides what is the be expected when living in an apartment complex. I also really like the location as it is close to a Walmart, Aldi, and the college. The apartment itself is quite nice, really really like the in unit washer and dryer and that it has its own room. Overall, it has been great living here.

I really enjoy Lux North because it is a ways out of the city and it's quiet. The staffing is very helpful and responsive to any needs I may have, and the price for what you get is incredible.

I've lived in the lux north apartments for about a year. I think amenities are quite minimal in comparison to most complexes in Sioux Falls. Extremely small workout facility for a complex on the North West side of town.
