Bluffs Review

Living here is by far one of the best choices I have made. Though this location is more on the spendy side, the amenities and staff are excellent. I also chose this location because it is far enough outside of town to not have alot of traffic but close enough to easily get groceries. The apartment is clean, quiet and filled with mature residents.

Could be better

I have lived here 2 years. Overall, the unit maintenance if very timely when called. Building is showing it's wear, apartment windows leak air, hallway carpets are stained, regular pet feces in hallways. Road noise on south facing apartment is high. I think it's overpriced for what it is. I have a 1 bedroom unit. Feel my rent should cover a 2 bedroom unit. Staff is timely and very courteous with requests. Underground parking feels safe. Would like to live closer to work on west side of town, but would stay if I could rent a 2 bedroom unit without much price increase.
