Good

I have been here over 3 years. Everything is fine except for the VERY loud and totally out of control children yelling and screaming in the inner court EVERY spring and summer. The manager has written notices to all of the parents reciting the rules. ONE KID IN PARTICULAR (Jo Jo) who instagates the entire problems. He threatens and bullies all the other children.

We've lived here since November, and to start this review off the staff have been great. However in terms of amenities, the most we can say is that the dishwasher works. There really aren't others to speak of, unless you count hookups for a washer and dryer. They did just install some dog bag areas, which is awesome. Parking is unfortunate, unless your family owns only one car. The location is pretty average. The price is high, but it's Bend, you can't expect much more. Maintenance keeps the property looking pretty, but we haven't submitted any requests yet- which we need to do, upon moving in a lot of our electrical outlets were loose (can't even hold what you plug in) and the fan in the bathroom and laundry alcove are incredibly loud (to the point we don't use them).
