FUTURE IS BRIGHT

The current management has made more progress in creating a liveable environment, than previous years. Restoring a property is no small task, and it seems that the new owners are doing their best to rebuild. Issues we've experienced are; the noise from the stores getting their shipping trucks in, amd lack of parking/upcharged parking for all tenants. Having gone through a couple rental companies the last couple years, the new owners seem to be the most capable and have been the most passionate about positive change.

Great East Side Place

I have lived in the complex since 2016 and new ownership has done a lot in the last year to upgrade the apartments and facilities. It's a quiet community, within walking distance to Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, fine and casual dining (two close-by food truck lots) and fun places to meet friends for drinks. For the price, accommodations, and location, this is a great place to live in Bend, not just the burgeoning East Side.

Lack of communication, 5 property management companies have ran it last 12 years..nobody in office and nobody on phone.

Worst manager

I loved living here i been here for more than 10 years but the inly manager that it was good at her job was Mrs Henrieta the person that is the manager at this time she never is at the office and when she is there she doesn’t want to open the door for us , tbey take forever to respond for a maintenance request.
