In general, my experience moving in here with my sister has been good. The place is nice, and we enjoy the location. Though we’ve had a few hiccups along the way. We didn’t have any water pressure or hot water for seceral days after move-in, but has since been resolved! The other more noticable hiccup has been 1 fire alarm in particular outside my bedroom door. It has been chirping 3 very loud consecutive beeps in 1 minute increments for 10 minutes at a time, several times a day for 3 weeks now. We were told that maintinence has stopped by a few difference times already, but the issue has persisted. With many email exchanges, we are still having a hard time getting maintinence to resolve the issue. There also doesn't seem to be any way of knowing whether maintinence has came by or not, so we’ve felt embarassed to have to email and call numerous times (often unanswered) awaiting confirmation. Nonetheless, we are enjoying our apartment and the community is lovely!
