Very good

In the year I have lived here, I have found it to be a great experience. Love the amenities, the paid parking, the safe neighborhood for walking my dog, and the helping staff. Recently, the Motorhomes and vans of homeless people parked on the street have felt more intrusive and are closer to the apartment complex. (Previously, they have been farther up the street and basically quiet.)

I have lifed here over a year. Absolutely loving the location, so close to trails, dog parks, the river, etc etc. Management has been supser supportive .
